-2- <br />Time Allocation <br />The Engineering/Planning Technician's time will be allocated <br />at the weekly rate of two days performing work related to the <br />Trails System Master Plan either in Circle Pines or at the <br />Mounds View City Offices and three days performing duties <br />related to his Mounds View employment until the Plan is com- <br />plete. <br />If the Plan is not completed after the Engineering/Planning <br />Technician has expended 85 hours of his time, no additional <br />work shall be performed on the Plan without the prior written <br />approval of the Council of the City of Circle Pines to exceed <br />the $1,000.00 expenditure limitation contained in the "Alloca- <br />tion of Cost" section of this agreement. <br />Allocation of Cost <br />The City of Mounds View shall invoice the City of Circle Pines <br />upon completion of the Plan based on the following: <br />1. Ten dollars per hour for each hour the Engineering/ <br />Planning Technician works on the Plan. <br />2. Nineteen cents per mile for the use of a City of <br />Mounds View vehicle for travel related to the prep- <br />aration of the Plan. <br />3. Actual costs incurred by the City of Mounds View in <br />the printing of 15 copies of the Plan. <br />The amounts due under this agreement will not exceed $1,000 <br />without the prior written approval of the Council of the City <br />of Circle Pines. <br />Administration and Clerical Support <br />The City of Mounds View will be responsible for all general <br />clerical and administrative work including Worker's Compen- <br />sation and insurance. The City os Circle Pines will be respon- <br />sible for the publication and mailing of official notices and <br />making available all information necessary for the prepara- <br />tion of the Plan. <br />Miscellaneous Expenses <br />r <br />All miscellaneous expenses including but not limited to post- <br />age, photocopying, and long-distance telephone charges will <br />be the responsibility of the City of Circle Pines. <br />Equipment Provided fy <br />The City of Mounds View hereby agrees to make available a <br />vehicle for transportation purposes and all needed printing <br />equipment for the printing of ie Plan. <br />
