As we discussed at that meeting there is a <br />considerable amount of additional information necessary with <br />regard to the proposal of Alternate #3. Please include the <br />following items in your re -submission of Altcrnate 13 informa- <br />tion: <br />(1) Current traffic counts for the signalization area. <br />(2) Project traffic counts for the signalized area for <br />the area at full development pursuant to both cities' <br />Comprehensive Plans. <br />(3) Give estimates of costs that may be incurred by the <br />cities for such a signalized improvement. This should <br />include costs of right-of-way as well as project costs <br />and operating costs. <br />(4) The signalization timing program and as we discussed <br />the possiblity of a censor at the intersection of <br />Pleasant View Drive and the frontage road stating <br />proposed time intervals for all traffic movements to <br />occur. <br />
