i <br />September 29, 1982 <br />As you may recall, you have received several reminder <br />- notices regarding the past due amount of $ on your <br />utility bill. Since these reminders have not resulted in pay- <br />ment of the past due amount or execution of a written agreement <br />providing for installment payments, the City Council will be <br />considering the levying of a tax on your property for the past <br />due amount during their meeting October 4, 1982, to be held at <br />7:00 p.m. in the Mounds View City Hall. Past due accounts <br />certified to the Ramsey County Department of Property Taxation <br />for collection with property taxes payable in 1983 will include <br />an administrative fee of 5% and interest on the total amount at <br />a rate of 88 for one year. <br />If it is your desire to avoid having the past due amount <br />levied on your property taxes, you may do so by mailing payment <br />in full or entering into a written installment payment agreement <br />no later than 4:30 p.m. on October 8, 1982. <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />Donald Brager <br />Finance Director -Treasurer <br />DB/ds <br />
