MEMO TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Director Public Works/ <br />Community Development <br />DATE 7 September 27, 1982 <br />SUBJECT: Professional Services Contract <br />Attached is a copy of proposed Professional Services Contract amendment <br />which would extend the existing contract thru the end of 1982 at the <br />average rate of 30 hours per week. This would increase the current <br />contract by 360 hours or $8,100.00. The amendment also provides for <br />a flat fee per meeting for regular and agenda Council and Planning <br />Commission Meetings. <br />Under the current contract a total of 650+i hours have been expended <br />thru <br />September 28, 1982.
