Call to Order <br />to order by Chairman Mountin at 7:15 p.m. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners McCarthy, Miller., <br />2. Roll Call <br />Quick, Forslund, and Chairman Mouutin. Commissioner <br />Warren arrived at 7:25 p.m. Commissioner Anderson <br />had an excused absence. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Councilmember Blanchard and Engineering/ <br />Planning Technician Kampel. <br />7150 Knollwood Drive, requested <br />3. Residents <br />Inpu n approval from the Planning Commission yn a <br />Requests and <br />subdivision of two lots into three involving her <br />Comments from <br />property at 7150 Knollwood Drive and property owned <br />the Floor <br />by Alphonse Petron at 1109 Woodale Drive. There was <br />a discussion amongst the Commissioners concorninq this <br />subdivision request. Staff was then directed to issue <br />this item case number 140-83 and to draft Resolution <br />No. 87-83 recommending approval of this subdivision <br />noting the following items in the resolution: <br />a) the parcels be described <br />b) the necessary casements be dedicated <br />c) the Park Fund Dedication be paid <br />d) that this subdivision is not in conflict <br />with access in the area as recommended by <br />the Comprehensive Plan <br />e) that no wetlands are involved <br />f) that the newly created lot and the <br />remaining lots meet setback and area <br />requirements <br />g) that the necessary administrative fees <br />be submitted <br />Motion/Second: Quick/McCarthy to recommend adoption <br />of Resolution No. 87-83. <br />6 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
