Johnson. The exist III); cunt.ract provides for 1,040 hours (an <br />average of 20 hours per week) funded by the general, sewer and water <br />funds and 210 hours to he used as directed for special projects. <br />This amendment increases the speclal projects hours from 210 hours up <br />to 965 hours. The hours are Lu he utilized primarily for the follow- <br />ing special project::: <br />I) Water 'rrea Line nL Pl;III t Mod il lrat Inns <br />2) MSA 1983 Resurfacing Project <br />3) Comprehensive Street l•lalntenautce Plan <br />4) Storm Water HanagemenL flan <br />5) Sanitary Sewer Monitoring Program <br />b) St. Stephen Street Drainage Project <br />7) Miscellaneous Planning/DeVelopment Proposal Review <br />as Needed <br />The work scope for Lite special projects listed above shall he as <br />detailed in the memo dated June 29, 1983 to the Clerk -Administrator <br />from John C. Johnson. <br />It is further agreed that either party, upon written notice, may <br />terminate for just cause the special projects listed above. <br />If this agreement amendment is satisfactory, then please sign in the <br />space provided and return one signed copy to me. <br />Very truly yours, <br />hn C.
