RESOLUTION NO. 1628 <br />Page Two <br />HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the issuance of the temporary foundation building permit <br />for a single family structure at 8135 Red Oak Drive and that no <br />building permit allowing construction of any part of the struc— <br />ture except the foundation shall be issued until the applicant <br />records the appropriate subdivision deeds with the Ramsey County <br />Register of Deeds. Such recording shall take place no later than <br />September 12, 1983 as specified by Chapter 42.05, Subdivision <br />1(15) of the Municipal Code; <br />RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />requires the payment of $63.00 for park fund dedication prior to <br />the City Clerk approving and signing the subdivision deed. <br />Adopted this 11th day of July, 1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor <br />(SEAL) <br />Clerk —Administrator <br />
