Since the cxisting house located at 8145 Rod Oak Drive, <br />owned by Prank Vogt, is the hotine nearest the strect, this proposed <br />house could not be placed closer to Red Oak Drive than the house <br />at 8145. This should be slated in the resolution to approve the <br />minor subdivision since the applicant may think, the Planning <br />Commission and City Council are approving the Certificate of Survey <br />which shows a 50 foot I• setback to Ihv proposed house. <br />5. Park Fund Dedication of S 63.00 .is required prior to the Clerk <br />signing the subdivision :feeds. <br />
