As can be noted in the plan, the City anticipates <br />using the majority of its M.S.A. monies to compliment county <br />projects in the City of Mounds View. <br />The City has identified its priority areas as follows: <br />1) Upgradinq of County Road I from Interstate 35W to Highway <br />10. <br />2) Upgrading Old Highway 8 from County Road Il to the south <br />City limits. In particular, improve geometries at <br />County Road II and Highway 10. <br />3) Improvements to County Road J from New Highway 10 (Long <br />Lake Road to the west City limits). This section of road <br />is experiencing very heavy traffic and safety improvements <br />would appear to be necessary in the near term. <br />4) Improvement of traffic control and geometries at the <br />County Road H-2 and Highway 10 intersection. <br />5) Resurfacing of Groveland and Long Lake Roads. <br />The City will be embarking on a more thorough investigation of <br />total community street needs and the street maintenance program in <br />1983. At that time, a more thorough evaluation of the M.S.A. <br />improvement program will be conducted, <br />
