ApplicanL must- and proposes to comply <br />with Chapter requirements. (Note; This section allows the City to limit <br />size, kind and character of proposal to insw-c compliance. This section <br />also allows modification of dimensional req uiremegts of Zoning Ordinance <br />to further purposes of wetlands chapter (i.n., reduction in setbacks). <br />48.06, Subdivision 4, A, 2 - City needs to ustablinh amount of surety <br />necessary to insure compliance. <br />48.06, Subdivision 4, A, 3 - Proposal is being coextensively processed <br />with development approval. <br />48.06, Subdivision 4, D - Applicant's drawing includes items 1, 2, 3, 4, <br />5, 6, 9 and 10. Most recent revision <br />of site plan appears to meet the intent of all 5 criteria. Suggest- Plan- <br />ning Commission and City Council review, discuss and make specific findings <br />for each item. <br />48.14, Subdivision 3 - Planning Commission and City Council could request <br />additional specific information to be furnished if necessary to determine <br />effects of proposal. <br />48.15 - Administrative item. <br />
