TO: Mayor & Council <br />ROM: Finance Director -Treasurer Brager <br />ATE: June 2, 1983 <br />RE: REVENUE SHARING PROPOSED USE IIEAIIINO <br />When the Proposed Use (tearing was set for 7:40 p.m. June 13, 1983, <br />staff had not yet received notification from the Office of Revenue <br />Sharing of our estimated allocation for 1984. Normally notification <br />is received during the latter half of May so I felt reasonably certain <br />we would receive the estimated allocation in time to publish the hear- <br />ing notice. The notification was not received in time to meet public <br />notice requirements. Therefore I request the hearing be rescheduled <br />for 7:40 p.m. June 27, 1983. <br />DB/ds <br />
