As I do not feel <br />that the City of Mounds View is in the position to determine <br />whether or not the issuance of an open burning permit is appro- <br />priate, such a permitting process would appear to be an activity <br />under the jurisdiction of your Department. It would be appreciated <br />if you would advise me of the desires of your Department with <br />respect to the issuance of open burning permits. If your Depart- <br />ment is willing to undertake this activity, I would appreciate <br />a letter from you advising Inc of that fact and indicating the <br />individual that will be responsible for such activity within <br />your Department as it relates to the City of Mounds View. <br />Should you have any questions or require any additional informa- <br />tion on this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me. <br />CITY Ar- M ONDS VIEW <br />' V ` <br />Donal F.
