To achieve this, the <br />ordinance adopting the Fire Code would have to be amended as follows: <br />Add a new paragraph: Section 63_08� Para rah 1)(d) 4. <br />Open Burning_Restricted Minnesota Air Pollution Control Agency <br />Rule Number 8 is hereby adopted in full and by reference and <br />shall be in full force and effect in this city. <br />I am enclosing a copy of Rule Number 8 and the WCA's letter. The <br />authorized person should be "the Chief of the Spring Lake Park Fire Dept., <br />Inc. or his designee" since I am not always available.
