ORDINANCE NO. 342 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 63.05 OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF MOUNDS <br />VIEN ENTITLED, "FIRE CODE" <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION I. Municipal Code Chapter 63.05 - Precautions <br />Aqainst Fire - General is amended by adding <br />the following: <br />63.05, (d), (4) - Minnesota Air Pollution <br />Control Agency Rule No. 8 is hereby adopted <br />in full and by reference and shall be in full <br />force and effect in this City. <br />SECTION II.
