V <br />II. CONTROL PLAN REVIEW AND STANDARDS <br />A. CHECKLIST AGREc IENT <br />1) The Checklist Agreement is defined and included as part <br />of the City of Madison Land Disturbing Activity Permit <br />Application. <br />2) The Checklist Agreement shall be reviewed by the <br />Administrative Authority according to the standards of <br />Section 37.08(2)(b) of the Ordinance. <br />B. EROSION AND SEDTNENT CONTROL PLAN <br />1) The Erosion and Sediment Control Plan shall be reviewed <br />by the Administrative Authority according to the standards <br />of Section 37.07(1) of the Ordinance and the established <br />procedures listed in these guidelines. <br />2) The <br />standards for erosion and sediment control shall be <br />as <br />a) <br />follows: <br />Erosion and sedimentation leaving the site during <br />'and after the land disturbance shall not exceed ' <br />that which would have been eroded if the land <br />had been left in its undisturbed state. <br />b) <br />Controlled in accordance with established procedures, <br />including, but not limited to, Minimizing Erosion <br />in Urbanizing_ Areas or other technical guidelines <br />as developed by the Dane County Soil and Water <br />Conservation District in cooperation with the <br />United State Department of Agriculture, Soil <br />Conservation Service. <br />3) The Erosion and Sediment Control Plan shall contain <br />the information detailed in Section 37.08 (3) of the <br />Ordinance and listed on page 4 of these guidelines. - <br />11 <br />-2- <br />
