TDMounds View City Council U�..�+ l u May 23, 1983 <br />Regular Meeting Page Nine <br />------------••------------------------------------------------------- <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained that hearing <br />notices had been sent out, informing people that it <br />was for rezoning from R-1 to R-2 and/or R-3. <br />Mark Baxter stated he was the neighbor living next <br />door to Mr. Hanson and asked for the status of the <br />development. <br />Mr. Dalberg stated that the direction from the Planning <br />Commission was that they would approve R-3 on the north <br />lot, and R-2 on the south lot, and take official action <br />on June 1. <br />Mayor McCarty reviewed the action taken to date for <br />Mr. Baxter. <br />Mayor McCarty closed the public hearing and reopened <br />the regular meeting at 10:05 PM. <br />Motion/Second: McCarty/Blanchard to approve Ordinance <br />5_77TT, amending the legal description to refer only <br />to the south lot, rezoning it from R-1 to R-2, and <br />adding a Section II for the north lot to rezone it from <br />R-1 to R-3. <br />Councilmember Linke - aye <br />Councilmember Blanchard - aye <br />Councilmember Doty - aye <br />Mayor McCarty - aye <br />Motion/Second: McCarty/Blanchard that the City Council <br />approve Resolution No. 1613, approving the subdivision <br />for Case 123-83, creating 3 lots, with 100' frontage <br />on the south lot, 130' frontage on the north lot, on <br />Silver Lake Road, with the lot fronting Groveland <br />Road remaining at 83'frontage, with the depth of the <br />lots fronting Silver Lake Road to be 201.6' and <br />the lot fronting Groveland Road to be 216.6'. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Director Johnson stated Mr. Dalberg must come back <br />with the site plan, and have the development agree- <br />ment executed. <br />There were no residents requests or comments from <br />the floor, <br />Director Johnson reviewed the history of the <br />proposed development, and stated it was his <br />understand the Council may choose to have a <br />public hearing for a conditional use permit. <br />Motion Carrie( <br />Motion Carriec. <br />10, Residents Re- <br />quests and <br />Comments from <br />the Floor <br />11.
