RESOLUTION NO. 1612 <br />Page Three <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves a minor subdivision to combine Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, <br />Park View Terrace into one lot contingent upon the applicant sub- <br />mitting to the City appropriate documents for combining the lots <br />and that all other permits and approvals contained in the resolution <br />are also contingent upon the submittal of the required lot combination <br />documents; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves Development Agreement No. 83-59, a copy of which is attached <br />to this resolution. <br />ATTEST: <br />Adopted this 23�-d day of May, 1983. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
