RESOLUTION NO. 1609 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE <br />RESUBDIVISION OF LANDS FOR LEONARD BABINSKI <br />WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View has adopted subdivision <br />regulations, copies of which have been filed with the Ramsey <br />County Register of Deeds and Register of Title; and <br />WHEREAS, this proposed subdivision has been reviewed by <br />the Mounds View Planning Commission; and <br />— <br />WHEREAS, <br />the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission has recom- <br />mended <br />approval <br />to the City Council by adopting <br />Planning Commis- <br />sion <br />Resolution <br />No. 76-83; and <br />A <br />WHEREAS, <br />a public hearing was held <br />on this proposal by the <br />r City <br />Council on <br />May 23, 1983, pursuant to <br />notice of the time and <br />place <br />thereof which <br />was published once if <br />the official City news- <br />- paper <br />at least <br />ten days before the date of <br />the public hearing; <br />r and <br />d- <br />r <br />WHEREAS, <br />all person interested in <br />the subdivision were <br />heard <br />at this hearing; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat meets minimum Zoning Code <br />requirements; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council approves the preliminary plat of the major subdivision as <br />proposed by Leonard Babinski as shown on the site plan dated <br />March 30, 1983 <br />Ar ® Adopted this 23rd day of May, 1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
