MEMO TO: Clerk -Administrator and C.iLy Council <br />FROM: Engi.necring/Planning Technician <br />DATE: May 17, 1983 <br />SUBJECT: DALBERG/IIANSON REQUEST <br />Per the City Council's request, the Planning Commission reviewed <br />the proposal by Mr. Dalberg to rezone a newly created south lot <br />from R-1 to R-2 and rezone the newly created north lot from R-1 <br />to R-3. The Planning Commission also reviewed the motion by the <br />Council on the rezoning from R-1 to R-2 on both lots which front <br />Silver Lake Road. <br />Attached please find Resolution No. 78-83 in which the Planning <br />Commission concurs with the City Council's decision to rezone the <br />two newly created lots which front Silver Lake Road to R-2 not R-3. <br />The Planning Commission also is recommending that the subdivision <br />take place prior to the rezoning of the lots. <br />PJK/bc <br />Attachment <br />
