MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RE901,11 [ON NO. 77-83 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OI MINNP.SD'I'A <br />RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING PLANNING CASE 127-83 <br />WHEREAS, On July, I, 1981, the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission adopted Resolution No 31-81 recommending approval of <br />the minor subdivision request for Kenneth Bourke for property <br />located at 8249 Spring Lake Road; and <br />WHEREAS, one condition of the minor subdivision approval <br />was the payment of a special assessment; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Bourke was unable to pay the necessary <br />amount for this special assessment and subsequently subdivision <br />r. deeds were not recorded with the county in the required time; and <br />I <br />WHEREAS, an extension to the time limit to record the <br />deeds was denied by the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, as a result the applicant is resubmitting an <br />identical request as was approved in 1981; <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br />reviewed this resubmittal of this minor subdivision request; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends to the City Council approval of <br />the minor subdivision request of Kenneth Bourke with a special <br />assessment of $1,742.30 and a park fund dedication of $64.00 <br />being paid. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 4th clay of May, 1983. <br />Chairperson <br />Director of Public Works/ <br />Community Development <br />
