a <br />' MEMO TO: Mayor and City Council <br />( f <br />FROM: Clerk -Administrator, }i <br />DATE: May 19, 1983 <br />SUBJECT: WATER TREATMENT PLANT NOS. 2 AND 3 MODIFICATIONS <br />Attached please find a letter from Mr. Patrick Lehman of TKDA <br />submitting a tabulation of the bids received by the City of <br />Mounds View for the construction of potassium permangate feed <br />equipment for Water Treatment Plant Nos. 2 and 3. Mr. Lehman <br />recommends that the City accept the low bid of A & K Construction, <br />Incorporated, in the amount of $14,828.00. Funding for this <br />project would come from the Water Fund. <br />Staff would recommend acceptance of the low bid of A & K <br />Construction, Incorporated, in the amount of $14,828.00 to be <br />paid out of the Water Fund and to further authorize the Mayor <br />and Clerk -Administrator to enter into all contracts relating to <br />this work. <br />DFP/pf <br />Attachment <br />
