RESOLUTION NO. 1608 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />N0. 83-58 WITR SCOTT BUILDERS, INC. <br />WHEREAS, the Developer, Scott Builders, Inc., has applied <br />for the development of a convenience food establishment at 2350 <br />Highway 10; and <br />WHEREAS, approval of the convenience food establishment <br />request requires a conditional use permit, a minor subdivision and <br />a development agreement; and <br />WITEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed <br />the application and recommended approval at their May 18, 1983 <br />meeting in Planning Commission Resolution No. 79-83; and <br />WHEREAS, Development Agreement No. 83-58 (attached) has <br />been drafted and is agreeable by both the applicant and the City; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves Development Agreement No. 83-58; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the conditional use permit for a convenience food establish- <br />ment, the minor subdivision (as found in Exhibit 3 in Development <br />Agreement No. 83-58) and the site plan (as found in Exhibit 2 of <br />Development Agreement No. 83-58). <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 23rd day of May, 1983. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
