1, MEMO TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Clerk -Administrator <br />DATE: June 2, 1983 <br />SUBJECT: 1984 STAFFING RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Attached please find staffing level proposals submitted by the <br />City's departments for Fiscal Year 1984. These proposals have <br />been reviewed by this office on a very cursory basis to determine <br />their adequacy as to information for further review and analysis <br />at the time first round departmental budget meetings occur. It <br />would be appreciated if you would review these proposals and <br />should you have any questions, please advise me so that they <br />may be included in our evaluation and discussions with the <br />Department Heads. <br />RECOMMENDATION: No action is recommended at this time, however, <br />specific c questions regarding the proposals should be referred to <br />staff for a response. <br />DFP/pf <br />Attachments <br />
