APPENDIX R <br />This supplementary agreement is entered into between the City of <br />Mounds View and Minnesota TeamsLers Public and law Enforcement. <br />Employees' Union, Local No. 320 for the period beginning January 1, <br />1983 and ending 0ecember 31, 1983. <br />Nothing in this supplementary agrucmvnL may be in conflict with the <br />provision of the MASTER AGREEMENT between M.A.,M.A., the City of Mounds <br />View, and I.R.T., Focal No. 320, In the evw or cone ict the MASTER <br />AGREI.MIiNT will prevail. <br />ARTICLE' I3-1 - UNIFORM ALLOWANCE <br />The EMPLOYER will provide an annual uniform allowance on a <br />voucher basis of Two hundred sevenLy-rive dollars ($275,00) for <br />calendar 1983 pro -rated for employees who work less than a full <br />year. <br />ARTICLE B-11 - VACATION <br />B2.1 Vacation Pay. If an employee desires vacation pay in <br />advance of vacation, thu employee must give the EMPLOYER at <br />Least three weeks notice in writing. <br />B2.2 Carry-over and Waiver of Vacation Leave. An employee shall <br />not be permitted to carry-over vacation Lime from one year <br />to the next. <br />82.3 Consecutive Vacation Days. If the employee is entitled to <br />two weeks vacation the employee must take one week <br />consecutively; if an employee is entitled to three or four <br />weeks vacation, the employee must take two weeks <br />consecutively. <br />ARTICL13 B-III - SICK LEAVE <br />B3.1 Eligibility: Sick Leave With Pay. Any employee who has <br />been continuously employed for a period of one year or <br />longer may in any calendar year be granted sick leave not <br />to exceed ten (10) working days with full pay and ten (10) <br />working days with half pay. An employee may borrow up to <br />thirty (30) days of sick leave with the approval of and <br />under conditions set out by the EMPLOYER. Sick leave is <br />defined to mean the absence of an employee because of <br />illness, exposure to contagious disease, attendance of such <br />employee on a member of the employee's immediate family <br />requiring the care or attendance of such employee, or death <br />
