I and Edgewood Avenue. The subdivision is called <br />Edgewood Square and was owned by Robert Eigenheer. <br />We are requesting that the development contract which has been <br />approved for the completion of utilities on this parcel be transferred <br />from Robert Eigenheer to Good Value Homes. Assuming that this transfer <br />is approved, we would like to begin development work as soon as is <br />practical. <br />We would also like permission to have homes under construction <br />at the same time the utilities are being constructed. We understand <br />of course, that occupancy permits will not be issued until the utility <br />improvements have been accepted by the city. <br />Thank you for your consideration on these matters. <br />ly, <br />R.
