RESOLUTION NO. 1477 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION EXECUTING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 83-57 <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 59.07 of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br />requires a development contract (Agreement No. 83-57) for the <br />approval of four 8-unit condominiums at 2908 Highway 10; and <br />W1IEREAS, the development contract (Agreement No. 83-57) has <br />beon drafted and is attached to this resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer and the City agree with all conditions <br />of the development contract (Agreement No. 83-57); <br />NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council authorizes execution of the agreement with the required <br />signatures. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this llth day of April, 1983. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
