ORDINANCE NO. 315 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF FAIRCHILD AVENUE <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION I. The following legally described street <br />right-of-way shall be vacated: <br />The north 210 feet of that portion of <br />street right-of-way westerly of Lot 6, <br />Block 2, De Gardner Addition and also <br />west of Lot 5, Block 1, Mid -States <br />Estates, all in Section 6, Township 30, <br />Range 23 in the City of Mounds View, <br />Ramsey County. <br />SECTION II. The west portion of the right-of-way <br />("area to be dedicated" on attached map) <br />shall be dedicated at the present time <br />for future street purposes. <br />' SECTION III. Within one year following the date of the <br />adoption of this ordinance, the Council <br />will consider construction of the paving, <br />curb and gutter, storm drainage, water - <br />main and sanitary sewer systems for the <br />portion of Fairchild Avenue cul-de-sac <br />lying northerly of Laport Drive. <br />SECTION IV.
