The Developer agrees to submit necessary permit approvals from <br />the Rice Creek Watershed District as required prior to the <br />City's building permit approval. <br />4. Completion of the pond and control structure shall be made no <br />- later than November .15, 1982 for acceptance by the City. <br />5. Completion of the electrical hook-up of stroctlighls as installed <br />with the Mounds View Tmprovement Project 81-3 will be the <br />responsibility of the Developer.
