Consideration c <br />plat for Silver Lake Woods for M&E Realty, con- Final Plat for <br />tingent upon entering into Development Agreement Silver Lake Woc <br />82-52 and the posting of security in the amount of <br />$90,000 to insure completion of the improvements, <br />attached in Exhibit 2A, and direct the Mayor and <br />Acting Clerk/Administrator to execute said plat. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Director Johnson reported the televising of the <br />16. Report of Direc <br />sewer pipes had revealed that a section on East- <br />for of Public <br />wood Road, between Woodcrest and County Road H, <br />Works/Community <br />is in very bad shape. He added the $52,000 bud- <br />Development <br />geted for 1983 projects may have to be spent sooner. <br />ItHe stated the degree of urgency is difficult to <br />state at this time, and they will have to open the <br />pipe up before they will know the full extent of <br />the work needed. He added he is waiting for a <br />full report back from the televising company. <br />Finance Director Brager reported arrangements <br />could be made to take out a temporary loan <br />from other funds if the cost would be in the <br />$50-60,000 range, but if it is more than that, <br />they could have problems in getting the funds. <br />Motion/Second: Doty/Blanchard that the Council <br />irecd' t Staff —to begin digging and replace the <br />broken pipe on Eastwood, between Woodcrest and <br />County Road H, and authorize the use of an outside <br />contractor, if required. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Director Johnson reported the City had received <br />notice from the County, requesting a separation <br />at the County registrar of deeds for the Miller <br />property. Attorney Meyers added Inspector Rose <br />was going down to the County personally to find <br />out what had happened. <br />! 'Attorney Meyers read a letter of complaint he 17.
