26.6 The UNION may appei a Chief's decision to the full board as cone <br />tuted in 26.5 by notifying the Chief in writing within ten (10) work <br />days of receipt of the Chief's answer. A request for review of the <br />decision shall state the specific issue upon which the appeal is based. <br />ARTICLE JUNII CLOTHING ALLOWANCE AND MAINTENANCE <br />27.1 There shall be a two hundred and seventy-five dollar ($275.00) per <br />calendar year Uniform (includes all uniform items specified in the <br />Departmental Manual for Operations) and Maintenance Allowance for the <br />calendar year 1981. <br />There shall be a three hundred dollar ($300.00) per calendar year <br />Uniform (includes all uniform items specified in the Departmental Manual <br />for operations) and Maintenance Allowance for the calendar year 1982. <br />This allowance will be paid within the first two weeks of January. <br />27.2 Any clothing or uniform lZaas speeified in the napartnenul "^^•^' for <br />Operstfaas damaged in the line of duty shall be replaced or repaired <br />by the Employer. <br />Time pieces damaged in the line of duty may be replaced or repaired up <br />to a maximum cost not to exceed fifty dollars (S50.00) per occurrence. <br />Eyeglasses damaged in the line of duty may be replaced or repaired up <br />to a maximum cost not to exceed seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per <br />occurrence. <br />
