Motion/Second: McCarty/Doty to release the etter o credit to Sahara Investment Co., No. 61215, in the amount of $77,035, and issue a final certificate of occupancy. 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried Director Johnson reported the City had received notice from the Rice Creek Watershed District that an application had been made by Mr. Miller, for some type of action on his 70 acres. He reported Staff is checking into this. _ Director Johnson reported he had met with County and State engineers regarding County Road J and MSA funding and snow plowing, and would be following up with them. Attorney Meyers had no report. 13. Report of Attorney Councilmember Hodges had no report. 14. Reports of Councilmembers Councilmember Forslund asked that Staff check into the cars being parked on the street in front of apartment buildings, as she was concerned with safety.
