Mounds View City Council September 13, 1982 <br />Regular Meeting Page Five <br />------------------------•------------------------------------------------ <br />Director Johnson reported there are three copies 12. Report of <br />;OIN of the Wetland Subcommittee's preliminary draft Director of <br />available, and that Tom Peterson of the Ramsey Public Works/ <br />County Soil and Water Conservation District would Community <br />be at their next meeting. He stated the Wetland Development <br />Subcommittee would be meeting on September 15, <br />at 7 PM, as noted in Item C of the consent agenda. <br />Director Johnson reported he had received a <br />memo regarding the final acceptance of the First <br />State Bank of New Brighton, Mounds View office. <br />Motion/Second: McCarty/Doty to release the <br />etter o credit to Sahara Investment Co., No. <br />61215, in the amount of $77,035, and issue a <br />final certificate of occupancy. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Director Johnson reported the City had received <br />notice from the Rice Creek Watershed District <br />that an application had been made by Mr. Miller, <br />for some type of action on his 70 acres. He <br />reported Staff is checking into this. <br />_ Director Johnson reported he had met with <br />County and State engineers regarding County <br />Road J and MSA funding and snow plowing, and <br />would be following up with them. <br />Attorney Meyers had no report. 13. Report of <br />Attorney <br />Councilmember Hodges had no report. 14. Reports of <br />Councilmembers <br />Councilmember Forslund asked that Staff check <br />into the cars being parked on the street in <br />front of apartment buildings, as she was <br />concerned with safety. <br />Notion/Second: McCarty/Forslund to request <br />t eiT Punning Commission and Police Department <br />make a recommendation to the Council in reference <br />to the continued parking on Greenfield between <br />County Road I and Highway 10. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Motion/Second: Blanchard/Doty to amend the <br />previousmotTon to include all on -street parking. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
