Public Works/ <br />Motion/Second: McCarty/Hodges to set a meeting Community Dvlp <br />o t e et ands Subcommittee for August 26, 1982 <br />at 7 PM. 14 <br />4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Director Johnson reported the final improvements <br />for Silver Lake Woods were made last week, and <br />anticipates the request for final approval will <br />be submitted soon. <br />Director Johnson reported he had received a notice <br />from MnDOT that they will be letting bide on <br />November 19, 1982 for the signalization of Long <br />Lake Road to Highway 10. <br />Director Johnson reported Staff is in the process <br />of preparing a letter to Mr. Miller, informing him <br />the timeframe for his subdivision request has ex- <br />pired. Per Council direction, Director Johnson <br />stated they -will bill Mr. Miller for the amount he <br />owes the City, and will set up a procedure to moni- <br />tor this closer in the future. <br />Attorney Meyers had no report. 19.
