Director Johnson reported Staff is in the process of preparing a letter to Mr. Miller, informing him the timeframe for his subdivision request has ex- pired. Per Council direction, Director Johnson stated they -will bill Mr. Miller for the amount he owes the City, and will set up a procedure to moni- tor this closer in the future.
