W"
MEMO TO: Mayor and City Council
FROM:, Director of Public Works/Community Development
DATE: September 16, 1982
SUBJECT: DYNAMIC DESIGNERS
The developer for Dynamic Designers has submitted materials pur-
suant to my letter dated August 18, 1982, requesting a determina-
tion as to whether the site is now "dry/buildable" because of the
fill materials deposited on -site. He has submitted the necessary
fees for review under Ordinance No. 305. flow should staff proceed
with this proposal? In that past, the Council has directed staff
to submit the application to the Planning Commission for their
review and recommendation prior the the Council receiving it.
Should the Wetlands Committee be involved?
Perhaps you may want to view the site area to determine, from an
engineering standpoint, if the fill deposited on -site will create
a "dry/buildable" area for the 2 fourplex buildings. The site plan
that was provided with the application will be available in the
Library over the weekend should you wish to view it.
JCJ/bc
