*, r I <br />Mounds View City Council � � ����� � UVED October 11, 1982 <br />Regular Meeting Page Twelve <br />Director Johnson reported the Long Lake Road ditch <br />repair contract has not been completed yet, with <br />the contractor being very overdue on his completion <br />date, and after speaking with Attorney Meyers, was <br />planning to send a letter to the contractor advising <br />him he is responsible for all costs. <br />Director Johnson reported he had received a letter <br />from Pat Allen at Gunnar Isberg and Associates, <br />clarifying her letter of October 1. He added <br />Ms. Allen would like to attend the October 18 agenda <br />meeting and address the Council. It was agreed <br />that Ms. Allen could meet with the Council on the <br />18th, but would be limited to 30 minutes, do to <br />the lengthy agenda, and could set an alternate date <br />if she desired more than 30 minutes. <br />Attorney Meyers reported he had xeceived a copy of <br />a memo regarding the airport operators meeting, and <br />he has been asked for his opinion regarding the <br />VASI which is proposed. He explained he is research- <br />ing it with Mr. Karney, and it does not appear to <br />be allowable, but is checking further with the FAA. <br />15.
