Baker, Josep <br />M. Ra4or, and <br />Patrick A. Conr <br />Jr./dba Gopher - <br />Shamrock, Inc. <br />Motion Ca;IW <br />Attorney Meyers asked if Donald W. Baker, Joseph M. <br />Baker and Patrick A. Conroy, Jr. were present. They <br />responded that they were. <br />Donald Baker stated they had no further information <br />to provide to the City. <br />Councilmember Doty asked if the City is required to <br />transfer liquor licenses upon request. Attorney <br />Meyers replied that a transfer does not present the <br />same situation as granting a license, but they <br />consider the potential transfer. He added this <br />would be handled the same as the transfer of any <br />license. <br />Motion: Doty to not consider the transfer of <br />the license at this time. <br />There were no second to the motion. <br />Mayor McCarty stated they had been through a <br />difficult time with this issue. <br />Motion/Second: McCarty/Doty to deny the application <br />or tense transfer from Richard and Marlene <br />Povlitzki to Donald W. Baker, Joseph M. Baker and <br />Patrick A. Conroy, Jr. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
