They are lo- <br />cated at 7656 and 7660 Woodlawn Drive. These lots are zoned for 4-plex. It is <br />our intent to develop these lots and this is our letter of application to begin <br />the building permit process. <br />e <br />It is my understanding that any construction on the lots in question would fall <br />under the prdvisions of Chapter 48, wetland Zoning Ordinance. <br />This project was initiated in 1979. Since that time, we have amassed much informa- <br />tion as requested by the Mounds View staff and City Council. All information was <br />directed to Development Proposal, Case No.43-79 and is probably in your files by <br />that number. <br />In that case folder, you should find the following information: <br />— 1. Several complete sets of certified plans for the units, <br />including garages. <br />2. Several sets of specifications. <br />3. M area drainage plan. <br />4. Several surveys. <br />5. Site Plan with 5 up dates. <br />6. Bice Crerk watershed permit. <br />7. Performance Bond (now expired). <br />8.
