bureau and to formalize the relationship between the Northwest - <br />Suburban Youth Service 1,ureau and the municipalities signatory <br />to thin Agreement. <br />pow, THEREFORL, I'r IS AGREED by and between the parties <br />hereto, as follows: <br />1. The City of Roseville., r•linnesota, is designated by the <br />signatories to this Agreement as the sponsoring community; as <br />such, the City of Roseville shall contract with the Northwest <br />Suburban Youth Service Bureau for services to be rendered by <br />the Northwest Suburban Youth Service Bureau to the municipalities <br />signatory to this Agreement. <br />2. The city of Roseville, as the sponsoring community, <br />shall provide administrative services to the Northwest Suburban <br />Youth Service Bureau, as follows: <br />A. Accounting and Auditing Services <br />B. Printing and copying Services <br />C. Acquisition of Supplies <br />The city of Roseville shall be reimbursed for the above services <br />from the operating budget of the Northwest Suburban Youth Service <br />Bureau on the basis of the City,s costs in supplying such services. <br />3. Funds for operating the Northwest Suburban Youth Service <br />Bureau will be secured from grants or appropriations from State, <br />Federal and County agencies and in the event such grants require <br />matching funds, the parties to this Agreement shall provide such <br />ma{.thing funds, based upon the following formula: <br />I <br />- 2 - <br />
