Population of in excess of 80,000, using the population data <br />provided by the 9etropolitan Council. <br />7. This Agreement shall expire on the "1st day of <br />December, 1978, unless otherwise extended by the signatories <br />to this Agreement. Extensions of this Agreement shall be <br />by resolution of the governing bodies of the municipalities <br />signatory to this Agreement made on or before June 30 of the <br />year preceding the year the extension is to take effect. <br />Said extensions shall not become effective until resolutions are <br />adopted by municipalities with a total per capita population <br />of in excess of 80,000 using the population data provided by <br />the Metropolitan Council. <br />IN WITNESS WitEREOF, the authorized representatives of <br />the various municipalities have executed this Agreement on <br />the dates set forth below. <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />Dated: 1977.
