I4EMO TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Clerk -Administrator; , <br />DATE: October 28, 1982 \ <br />SUBJECT: LIQUID PROPANE VEHICLE CONVERSION AND FUEL SUPPLY <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL <br />Attached please find the proposed Request for Proposal for <br />the conversion of five City vehicles to liquid propane fueling <br />and the supplying of a fuel pumping system and fuel to the City <br />of Mounds View. These specifications have been prepared on the <br />basis of the proposal submitted by staff to the Council which <br />was approved during the budgeting process, as well as being <br />reviewed by the City's mechanic for any inconsistencies he felt <br />might exist. <br />Staff would request that Council review this Request for Proposal <br />and should it be found to be acceptable, set a opening date for <br />the proposals of November 29, 1982. <br />Should you have any questions or require any additional informa- <br />tion on this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me. <br />DFP/pf <br />Attachments <br />�J <br />
