MEMO TO: City Council <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />Director of Public Works/Community Development <br />FROM: Engineering/Planning 'Technician <br />DATE: October 21, 1982 <br />SUBJECT: CHAPTER 42 - SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS <br />The Planning Commission at their October 6th regular meeting <br />passed Resolution No. 64-82 regarding subdivision regulations. Since <br />the date of adoption of that resolution, and per the recommenda- <br />tion of the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Director, the Park Fund <br />Dedication section of the Code has been revised. All Planning <br />Commission members have received the updated copies but have not <br />met as a group to officially approve this revision. Chairman <br />Mountin has recommended that we forward this chapter to you at <br />this time for review and possible adoption. <br />The public hearing is being set at this upcoming meeting with the <br />actual public hearing to take place on November 8, 1982. It will <br />be placed on your November 1st Agenda for discussion with staff. <br />_. If you have any questions conerning the above, please contact me. <br />FJK/bc <br />
