42.07 <br />42} (B) Any portion of the deposit not spent or encumbered <br />shall be refunded to the applicant within thirty (30) days <br />after consideration of the application is completed. When- <br />ever an application is withdrawn prior to referral to the <br />Planning Commission a refund shall be made of any portion <br />of the deposit that has not been spent or encumbered. <br />44T (C) No official or agent of the City may sign or approve <br />any plat or deed accepting or approving said plat or deed <br />until any additional costs over and above the deposits have <br />been paid. <br />Subdivision 3. Park and Playground Dedication. The subdivider <br />shall make a land or cash payment dedication to the Municipality <br />according to the provision of 42.13 herein. <br />42.07 NECESSARY DATA FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT. The preliminary <br />plat or surveyor's certificate of the proposed subdivision shall con- <br />tain or have attached thereto the following information: <br />Subdivision 1. Identification and Description. <br />41�(A) Proposed name of subdivision. <br />4.2}(B) Legal description of property. <br />49H C) Names and addresses of the owner, subdivider, surveyor, <br />engineer, and designer of the plat. <br />44}(D) Graphic scale not less than one (1) inch to fifty (50) <br />feet. Plat of ten (10) acres or larger may be drawn <br />at a scale not less than one (1) inch to one hundred <br />(100) feet. <br />4 WE) North point. <br />46HF) Date of preparation and of any revisions. <br />Subdivision 2. Existing Conditions and Features. <br />4-WA) Boundary line survey, including measured distances <br />and angles which shall be tied to the nearest 1/4 <br />corner or section corner. <br />42}(B) Existing zoning classifications for land in and <br />abutting the subdivision. <br />44}(C) Total acreage of plat and square feet of lots. <br />44}(D) Location, right-of-way width, and names of existing or <br />platted streets, other public ways and public easements, <br />structures within the preliminary plat and adjacent <br />thereto shall also be included. <br />
