CASE: 115-02, ILem 6 on 10/6/112 Planniiny Commission Agenda <br />ITEM: Rezoning (11-1 Co k-2), Minor Subdivision (1 lot into 2) <br />APPLICANT: Jim Piotrowski <br />LOCATION: 0495 Red Oak Drive (SuutheasL corner of County Road J <br />and Red Oak Drive) <br />SUMMARY OF REQUEST <br />Applicant requests to subdivide his lot which measures 234 feet by <br />160.74 feet into two lots, the corner lot (Parcel A) 114 feet wide <br />and the interior lot (Parcel B) 120 feet wide.
