Any other plan, agreements, or specifications necessary <br />for the City staff to review the proposed construction. <br />40.23 ADMINISTRATION - AMEND14ENTS AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS <br />Subd. A Procedure. <br />(1) Request for amendments or conditional use permits, as <br />provided within this Code, shall be filed with the City <br />/`. Clerk on an official application form. Such application <br />shall be accompanied by a fee as outlined in Section 40.26. <br />This fee shall not be refunded. Such application shall <br />also be accompanied by ten (10) copies of detailed written <br />and graphic materials fully explaining the proposed <br />change, development, or use. The City Clerk shall refer <br />said application, along with all related information, <br />to the City Planning commission for consideration and a <br />report and recommendation to the City Council. <br />(2) The Planning Commission shall consider the request at <br />its next regular meeting unless the filing date falls <br />within fifteen (15) days of said meeting, in which case <br />the request would be placed on the agenda and considered <br />at the regular meeting following the next regular meeting.; <br />The City Clerk shall refer said application along with <br />all related information to the City Planning Commission <br />at least ten (10) days prior to the regular meeting. <br />(3) The applicant or a representative <br />before the Planning Commission in <br />questions concerning the proposed <br />use. <br />(4) <br />thereof shall appear <br />order to answer <br />amendment or conditional j <br />The amendment or conditional use application shall be ) <br />referred to the City staff for a report and recommen- <br />dation to be presented to the Commission.
