Call to Order <br />to order by Chairman Mountin at 7:37 PM. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Linke, Anderson, 2. Roll Call <br />McZ`artiy, Warren, Miller, Breske and Chairman <br />Mountin. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Engineering/Planning Technician <br />Rampel <br />It was noted that Councilmember Forslund was <br />absent. <br />Motion/Second: Linke/Warren to approve the 3. Minutes: <br />September 1, <br />5 ayes 0 nays 2 abstentions 1982 <br />Motion Carried <br />Commissioners McCarthy and Breske abstained from <br />the vote as they had not been present at the <br />September 1 meeting. <br />There were no residents comments or requests 4. Jim Pietrowski <br />had discussed Mr. Pietrowski's request at their 8495 Red Oak Dr <br />agenda session, and requested Staff to prepare Minor Subdivisi <br />Resolution No. 63-82, recommending approval of (1 lot into 2) <br />the subdivision.
