Fiscal Impact Analysis - Revenues <br />A summary of revenues generated by various types of development is <br />provided in Table I. The information presented to the Wetland Com- <br />mittee earlier this year is summarized and sythesized. In addition, <br />the Committee had asked to see the revenues generated by a sixth <br />development type - Commercial Strip: Residential Multi Family Mix. <br />Please note that the development type generating the most revenues <br />is Commercial Shopping Center.
