CALL TO ORDER <br />to order at 7:00 p.m. on November 3, 1982. <br />Members present: Acting Mayor Forslund, 2. ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers Hodges, Doty, and Blanchard <br />Others present: Clerk/Administrator Pauley <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reviewed the 3. RESOLUTION NO. 1510, <br />results of the November 3, 1982 General RESOLUTION CANVASSING <br />Election and the information contained in ELECTION RESULTS OF THE <br />Resolution No. 1510. NOVEMBER 2, 1982 <br />Motion/Second: Forslund/Doty to refer the GENERAL ELECTION <br />results for the Mayor and Councilmember <br />positions back to the Election Judges for a <br />recomputation of the ballots. After discussion <br />of the manner in which the ballots are counted <br />and reported and the fact that the ballots are <br />in the possession of the Ramsey County Elections <br />Office and any recount would need to be performed <br />by Ramsey County, Councilmember Doty withdrew <br />his second and Councilmember Forslund withdrew <br />her motion. <br />Motion/Second: Doty/Forslund to adopt <br />Resolution No. 1510, Resolution Canvassing <br />Election Results of the November 2, 1982 <br />General Election and to waive the reading of <br />the resolution. <br />4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Motion/Second: Doty/Hodges to adjourn at 4.
