This barrier is drawn and designed to conform with <br />our earlier conversations regarding a device which could be <br />used to block normal vehicular traffic from this project <br />to the south to Oakwood Drive, yet allow emergency vehicles <br />to enter the site. <br />If you have any questions in this regard, contact me at your <br />earliest convenience.
