Mounds View City Council <br />Regular Meeting November 8, 1982 <br />----------------------- Page Six <br />checking with Spring Lake Park to see if they would <br />be willing to handle the services, as well as seeing <br />if there was a joint powers agreement. <br />Director Johnson advised they have not been able to <br />find any type of agreement in the files, nor have <br />they discussed yet on how to collect for the services. <br />Motion/Second: Hodges/Doty to adopt the Planning <br />Commis-ss Resolution No. 65-82, approving the <br />relocation of a single family residence onto property <br />located at 7911 Spring Lake Road. <br />3 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley stated that Staff would <br />research the services question further. <br />Director Johnson reported the consultant will be 10 <br />meeting with the Council at the next agenda session, <br />to discuss the water treatment study, <br />Director Johnson presented the Council with a <br />status report on the Storm Water Management Plan. <br />Director Johnson asked for Council approval of an <br />invoice received from Dawson Construction, for <br />repair work they had done in the City. He advised <br />the bill was less than what had originally been <br />estimated, and that he would be presenting a final <br />report on the project once all the bills were in. <br />Motion/Second: Doty/Blanchard to authorize payment <br />to in t�hesamountsofu$6,054,00, withrthefunds <br />v8to be <br />paid out of the SWM fund. <br />3 ayes 0 nays <br />Director Johnson reported several calls have been <br />received from <br />erroneous billil ngsfor etheir nthird yquarter ewater <br />bills, and that one of the meters in question had <br />been found to be in error.
