The existing building at 7911 Spring Lake Road will be demolished <br />immediately following the granting of an occupancy permit for the <br />relocated structure. <br />2. Instead of 50 feet as stated in the letter, the applicant is <br />proposing to locate the building 105 feet from the street (91 <br />feet from the front property line). Another building on the <br />block (7865 Spring Lake Road) is located 71 feet from the front <br />property line so this house would be set further back and thus <br />meet front yard setback requirements. The lot measures 115 feet <br />wide, the relocated house is 38 feet wide, and the applicant would <br />like to place the house 37 feet from the south line. All setback <br />requirements will be met (see sketch). <br />3. The existing house is not connected to either. Mounds View water <br />o•• sewer. Connection will have to be made to either Mounds View <br />or Spring Lake Park water and sewer. The property has been <br />assessed for both sewer and water availability. The City will <br />have to decide the best way to provide water and sewer service to <br />this lot as part of the building relocation approval. <br />4. See attached memo from the Building Inspector regarding the <br />relocated house's condition. <br />5. This item is being presented to the Planning Commission for your <br />review and recommendation to the City Council. It will go before <br />the City Council at a public hearing on November 8, 1982. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION 11/4/82 <br />Adopted Resolution No. 65-82 approving relocation of building request. <br />
