MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 65-B2 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF THE <br />RELOCATION OF A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE ONTO <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 7911 SPRING LAKE ROAD <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received a request from <br />Mrs. Isabella Wille to move an existing single family structure onto <br />a lot located at 7911 Spring Lake Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed staff reports <br />relavent to this request; and <br />WHEREAS, the location of the building to be located onto the <br />property meets and exceeds all Zoning Code requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, some minor modifications and additions may be required <br />to conform to minimum Building Code requirements; <br />' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends approval of the request from Mrs. Isabella Wille <br />of 7911 Spring Lake Road to relocate a single family dwelling onto the <br />existing lot contingent upon the building meeting all State Building <br />Code requirements prior to occupancy; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the building existing on said lot <br />will be demolished immediately following the granting of a final <br />occupancy notification for the relocated structure. <br />Adopted this 3rd day of November, 1982. <br />ATTEST: <br />Chairman <br />(SEAL) <br />Public Works/Community Development <br />Director <br />
